Grass Fed Beef

At Fountain Fresh Dairy, we practice a managed rotational grazing system for our cattle. It is important to keep our soil, our grasses, and our cows healthy, so that we can provide a healthy product for our customers.

Our own locally grown, 100% grass fed beef can be purchased:

1) WHOLE, HALF, or QUARTER - You get to decide how you want the beef to be cut up. The price is $3.50 per pound hanging weight, plus a processing fee, which is to be paid directly to a local processor.

2) BEEF BUNDLES - Processed at a local USDA butcher shop, for $280 per bundle. Each bundle includes 30 pounds of meat, including 18 packs of ground beef. The other items in the Bundle include Steaks (T-bone, Ribeye, Filet, Porterhouse, Round, or Sirloin) and Roasts (Chuck, Arm, or Sirloin Tip). The cuts are individually vacuum packed and labeled. No two bundles are exactly alike, so if interested, contact us for more details on individual bundles.

3) INDIVIDUAL CUTS - Processed at a local USDA butcher shop. Ground beef @ $8 per one pound package, Quarter pound patties (4 in a pack) @ $9 per pound, Roast @ $9 per pound, Steaks @ $12-$20 per pound, Brisket @ $9 per pound, and Stew Meat @ $10.00 per pound.

4) OTHER ITEMS - Processed at a local USDA butcher shop. Oxtail @ $8 per pound, Soup Bones @ $8 per pound, Tongue @ $8 per pound, Heart @ $7 per pound and Liver @ $8 per pound.
